I was so lucky to be able to join Caitlin on a forest bathing experience last weekend. We went to a trail right in the middle of spring so the trees had fresh, green buds all over. I chose to work with Caitlin to take a moment for myself to recalibrate and focus on some personal/career goals. She put me right at ease and invited me to slow down and listen to myself. This was such a special experience and I would to able to do this every couple of months to try to stop and connect with nature. I highly recommend this experience for anyone who is looking for a unique way to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and look within.

A truly therapeutic experience.

Caitlin's Wilderness Wellness retreat was a therapeutic respite from the day-to-day grind and something I've needed for quite a long time. It started as a simple walk through the forest, observing all the living things around us. Then, slowly, we began to explore deeper parts of ourselves, while staying connected with nature in a grounded way. Caitlin's unique take on forest bathing is an opportunity to be with who you are in the present moment. Caitlin is gentle and nurturing, and a wonderful guide. Her curiosity for how we can converse with the earth in order to learn more about ourselves and the world around us is both eye-opening and healing all at the same time.
